	BeaconEvaluator evaluates beacon compounds. For each new DRP connection a DRPManager is created. DRPManager holds the necessary information to identify a common drp connection. The queue interface represents the connection between "beacon plane (BeaconCollector, BeaconEvaluator)" and "data plane (DataCollector)".
